Windows Server 2003 files don't download correctly.
Windows 2003 Server does not correctly serve up files which do not have a MIME type configured.
To do this in IIS:
- Open the web site properties.
- Click advanced.
- Click MIME types.
- Add in the extension and the type.
This should fix any odd download issues.
